All Things New!

On a recent trip to Charleston, North Carolina my husband and I celebrated our 30th anniversary. We had some friends who recently visited that area and came back so thrilled to tell us about the wonderful time they had, so we decided to go ourselves. It really is a beautiful and very historic town. After getting settled in our hotel, we immediately went to the concierge to begin planning our schedule for the week. We were anxious to make the most of our time, and try and see as many of the wonderful sites Charleston has to offer. On our first tour we rode in a horse drawn carriage through the narrow cobblestone streets. There we saw mansion after mansion, and so many churches. It felt like we had traveled back in time and was reliving history as we viewed and visited these stunning places.

Please join me today at the Cafe to see what God showed me during our visit there!!!

To answer your question:

I ask you today, will you allow God to work in your life to restore, rebuild and make all things new?

I say....YES...YES...AND YES!!!!!

I'm so glad you had an amazing time on your Anniversary!!

Blessings to you both.

Blessings Susan...enjoyed so much the evotional from CWO in my emails and then I get to the bottom and discovered it was YOU!

Not true...as soon as the evotional mentioned 30 yr. celebration with her hubby, I raced top the finish to see if it was YOU!

What a beautiful correlation between the wonderful, historic visit and special blessed time with your hubby and OUR LORD making ALL THINGS NEW...including with these precious children of HIS
and your Prayer Walk plea for us to carry the burden with them and their families!!!

I say YES! YES! YES! I am willing and praying and thanking you for letting us know! I'm so tired of the enemy stealing and robbing from innocent young lives to oldies like me! I'm done and serving him notice with the authority of Jesus...it's time to end this locust eating enemy.

We are the army of God! And we say no more! I'll be sharing in the praying for 7 days for Nick & Natalie(?)

Hi Susan, Happy 30th Anniversary to you and your husband! Thank God for blessing both of you with each other. Glad that you enjoyed your trip. The photo is lovely! Thanks for sharing with us.

Thanks too for stopping by my blog and your encouraging comment. Wonderful that your son was in Singapore recently and enjoyed his visit. I am remembering him in prayers as he teaches in Thailand. May God watch over him and bless him. May God bless you and family always! Take care and have a blessed week!

Charleston is a wonderful city! We were there about three years ago, and took that same carriage tour through the mansions. History is so alive in that part of the country, and as a new citizen of the US at the time, I was thrilled to see so much first hand.

It sounds like you and your husband enjoyed a memorable celebration of your very LONG and SUCCESSFUL marriage. Bless YOU!

Oh, how I relate to your story of earthquakes in your life. And I also relate to His restoring power. The scripture in Joel means so much to me as I reflect on how God is restoring the years in my life.

Thanks for sharing your trip and relating it to our lives.

Great! See you are a writer.

:)

Hugs from Colorado,
Tiffany
